If we notice something that looks unclear, duplicated, or inconsistent across your paperwork, we help you write it down as a question for your prescriber or pharmacist — the people authorized to answer it.
The Discharge Clarity Session ($129) covers your discharge instructions as a whole and includes reviewing the medication information you were sent home with.
