What we do not provide

• We are not a hospital, medical practice, home health agency, nursing facility, assisted living facility, pharmacy, or insurance company.
• We do not provide medical, nursing, pharmacy, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• We do not prescribe, change, adjust, administer, or manage medications. We organize and explain the medication information your providers have already given you.
• We do not provide emergency, urgent, or after-hours care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
• We do not replace your treating healthcare professionals. Always follow their instructions.

No provider relationship

Using this website or our services does not create a physician-patient, nurse-patient, or other clinical relationship. Information on this website is general and educational, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Payment and private pay

• Our services are private pay. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and our fees are generally not reimbursable.
• Prices listed on this website are starting prices. Sessions involving more complexity may require additional time at an additional cost, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Scheduling, changes, and cancellations
